Processing Times

All orders require 24–72 hours for processing, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout.

• Transit times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday).
• The day your package is picked up by the carrier counts as Day 0.
• We do not process or ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
• Adult Signature (21+) is required for all deliveries per federal regulations.

State Regulations & PACT Act Compliance

Some states have additional restrictions or verification requirements for vape shipments. Please refer to our Compliance Page for full details before placing your order.

Restricted Shipping Areas

We are currently unable to ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

International Shipping

VapeMarkdown.com does not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you using the address on your account. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed & Undelivered Packages

VapeMarkdown.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or undelivered once they have been accepted by the carrier. Any shipping issue must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout may cause delays or returns and are the customer’s responsibility, including any additional fees.

Shipments to Forwarding Services

If your order is shipped to a mail or freight-forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the package is confirmed delivered to the U.S. forwarding address. We cannot be held responsible for repackaging, damage, missing items, customs seizure, or loss that occurs after forwarding.

Order Issues & Discrepancies

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable. Approved claims will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Orders may be edited within the first 30 minutes after checkout. After that time, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact Customer Support immediately if you need to modify an order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where required by state and local law and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. In some locations, tax may also be applied to shipping charges.

Refunds & Return-to-Sender Packages

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to items successfully returned to our warehouse. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to obtain an adult signature, or failed delivery attempts, any return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
